Sheet Layout Analysis

The Sheet Layout tab enables you to review structural differences between two application versions.

This section focuses on layout-level modifications, including sheet composition and object positioning.

Sheet Status Classification

Each sheet is automatically classified into one of the following categories:

  • Added
  • Modified
  • Deleted
  • Unchanged

This classification allows you to quickly identify which sheets require review.

Modified Sheets

When a sheet is marked as Modified, structural changes have been detected.

These changes may include:

  • Object repositioning
  • Objects resizing
  • Newly added objects
  • Removed objects

The system displays:

  • Number of objects in Baseline
  • Number of objects in Current
  • Layout change count
  • Highlighted objects that were changed

You can access Compare Layouts to view a side-by-side visual comparison of the sheet structure.

Deleted Sheets

If a sheet has been removed:

  • It will be marked as Deleted
  • Baseline displays the original sheet objects
  • Current version contains no sheet objects
  • All objects are identified as removed

Deleted sheets are treated as high-impact changes and should be reviewed before deployment.

Added Sheets

If a new sheet has been introduced:

  • It will be marked as Added
  • Baseline contains no sheet objects
  • Current version displays the new sheet layout
  • All objects are identified as newly added

Newly added sheets should be reviewed to confirm intentional inclusion.

Compare Layouts View

The Compare Layouts view provides a visual, side-by-side comparison:

  • Baseline sheet (left)
  • Current sheet (right)
  • Modified objects visually highlighted
